1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Food Voyagers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Description

Food Voyagers provides culinary tour experiences, cooking classes, food tours, and related travel services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings require full payment or deposit as specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure receive full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations 7-14 days prior receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of departure unless due to extraordinary circumstances.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Food Voyagers is not liable for costs arising from trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Please inform us of all dietary restrictions and allergies at booking. While we make every effort to accommodate special requirements, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Food Voyagers liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for delays, changes in itinerary due to weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Code of Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward guides, locals, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, and materials provided during tours remain the property of Food Voyagers and partner establishments. Commercial use requires written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
